Anne has been practicing EMDR therapy for over 4 years, helping clients overcome a wide range of mental health challenges. Her experience includes working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, and other mental health conditions. She takes a personalized approach to each client, tailoring her therapy to their unique needs and goals.

Anne has been using EMDR for nearly 5 years and is currently working toward her accredited practitioner status.
2006 - 2024
Anne completed her Bachelor of Social Work (Charles Sturt University) in 2006 with options to do her Honours.
Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Anne became an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in 2016.
2022 - Current
Anne continues to develop her EMDR skills and has completed EMDR 2.0 training, attachment focused training and working with children training among others.

Anne continues to keep up to date with cultural awareness training, DV training and new techniques in therapy.
Current
Anne currently works in a not-for profit NGO as a Senior Mental Health
Clinician and Mental Health Clinical Team Leader, utilising her skills to provide supervision, mentorship and career development.
